Getting Started...

Getting started with Prizm Sales Reporting is easy.  In fact, we'll take care of most of the work, including initial setup and configuration of your database.  We'll also do phone/on-line training with your salespeople so they'll be effective in their use of the Prizm system.

Step 1:  Send us an mail to set up a phone meeting (plan to spend 20- 45 minutes on the phone with us during that meeting, so we can explain the Prizm system and answer any questions you may have.)

Step 2:  If it all looks good, we'll send you some documents to complete:

  • Prizm Service Agreement

  • Prizm Sales Question/Answer worksheet
  • Prizm User information form
  • Payment processing

Step 3:  When you return the completed paperwork, we'll set up your database, your on-line web access, your user accounts and we will initialize your chosen sales questions & answers, then we'll test it all for validity.

Step 4:  We'll provide free Prizm2Go software to your salespeople for use with PocketPC or Palm PDA hand-held devices.  We provide free phone assistance, if needed, for installation, initial setup and use.

Step 5:  We'll provide phone and on-line training for you, your salespeople, administrators and other managers in using the system.  We will also be available for phone, email and on-line assistance if you or your associates need help later.

Step 6:  You and your salespeople enjoy the benefits of Prizm.

Step 7:  We'll do status reviews with you each 30 days by phone.
